All our tour operators source fresh local and seasonal ingredients for you to enjoy as part of the trip . With the Freycinet Marine Farm on our doorstep, and some of Tasmania’s best cool climate wine producers just around the coast, the emphasis here is on local seafood, with wines to match.

Meals are served in our rustic venue “The Barn”  which enjoys a sweeping panorama that takes in the iconic rose granite of the Hazards range. Healthy fresh lunches will be served during the days’ activities, to allow plenty of time to take in the surroundings.
